In addition to the terms listed for the entire site, below. There are the following additional terms that apply to the Matching System application specifically. By using this site and Matching System you agree with all terms and conditions. This application serves as a search engine for patients in need of treatment. NAABT, Inc. does not guarantee the accuracy or compliance of any of its users. It is entirely your responsibility to determine if a patient is appropriate and that they accurately represented themselves. You agree to only contact patients through this site if you are considering them for treatment. This is a proprietary application thus it is unlawful to duplicate or use it in anyway other than its intended use as stated below:Intended use:
The
intent of this site is to efficiently
connect patients in need of treatment
for opioid dependence with an Office
based treatment provider, certified
to prescribe buprenorphine. It is unlawful
to use this site to solicit for anything
other then stated above. Example: it
is inconsistent with the terms to use
this site to solicit for “Rapid detox” , “inpatient
rehab” , or any other treatment
that is not considered Office based
opioid dependence treatment with buprenorphine,
and such treatment must be consistent
with the physician training established
to obtain the DEA waiver to prescribe
schedule III medications, for opioid
dependence, in an office based setting,
according to the DATA2000 law. If you
do not have an “X” number
from the DEA you are not authorized to
use this application.
Physician Privacy Policy:
This service is free to both physician and patient. We DO NOT sell our participating physician list to any third party. Physician’s information is NEVER made public. When a physician chooses to send an email to his/her selected patients, only name, office address, and phone number appear. That is the only time any physician information is disseminated. Patients’ names, addresses, phone numbers are NEVER obtained by NAABT, Inc. The patient’s email address (or that of an advocate or counselor) is immediately converted into a NAABT ID#.
